To this ambitious end, we’ve enrolled our entire development team in a comprehensive skills development programme for 2022. We want them to be the best they can be. Because we know that if our staff are knowledgeable, motivated and happy, then our clients benefit hugely too.

PluralSight. This provides online and on-demand training courses which span most technical development stacks. All our developers are enrolled in the programme, and we track their learning and skills development to ensure they get maximum benefits from the content available.
Umbraco. Intuitiv is a Certified Umbraco Gold Partner. As part of this agreement, we commit to providing all our developers with all the relevant Umbraco training they need to ensure they’re fully equipped to deliver flexible and intuitive content-managed websites. New developers are automatically put through the Junior Developer Accelerator Programme. Intuitiv are proud to be trailblazers of this inaugural programme, providing 5 comprehensive starter courses and access to an Umbraco MVP (most valuable player) mentor, along with scheduled seminars and webinars. The entire team then continues with ongoing courses to build on and enhance our expertise and adoption of this CMS.
NET Core. We’re committed to keeping all our developers at the forefront of the Microsoft .NET Technology Stack, with all new project work utilising the very latest Microsoft Web Development Toolkits.
Weekly Developer Forums. We have a weekly developer-only meeting which is both incredibly productive and supportive. It’s reserved purely for the exchange and discussion of all the very latest ideas, findings, problems (and their solutions) that the developers have come across.
